Bring your passwords to ZZPass.

Pick the app you're leaving and follow two or three steps. Most moves take five minutes, and you check every item before it's saved.

On iOS 26 and macOS 26, apps can hand your passwords to ZZPass directly. Passkeys and 2FA codes come too, and nothing is written to a file.

From Apple Passwords

Straight to ZZPass · iOS 26 and macOS 26

  1. On iPhone, open Passwords, tap ⋯ and choose Export Data to Another App.
  2. Pick what to move, tap Continue, then choose ZZPass.
  3. On a Mac, select the items in Passwords and choose to export them to an app.

With a file

  1. On a Mac, open Passwords and choose File → Export All Passwords to File.
  2. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apps → Safari → Export, keep only Passwords, and save to Downloads. Tap the .zip in Files to unzip it.

From 1Password

Straight to ZZPass · iPhone, iOS 26

  1. In 1Password, open Settings → Advanced and tap Start Export.
  2. Choose ZZPass. Passkeys come too.

With a file · Mac or PC

  1. Choose File → Export (on a PC, the ⋯ menu above the sidebar), then your account.
  2. Pick 1PUX. It carries your whole vault, attachments included, which CSV leaves behind.

Archived and deleted items stay behind. If you sign in to 1Password with your company's single sign‑on, 1Password doesn't allow exports.

From Bitwarden

Straight to ZZPass · iPhone, iOS 26

  1. In Bitwarden, go to Settings → Vault → Export vault.
  2. Choose Export vault to another app, then ZZPass.

With a file

  1. In the web vault, go to Tools → Export and pick .csv.
  2. Confirm with your master password.

Items in a Bitwarden organization aren't part of a personal export.

From LastPass

With a file

  1. Click the LastPass icon in your browser and open the Account tab.
  2. Choose Fix a problem yourself → Export vault items → Export data for use anywhere.
  3. Enter your master password. In Safari the file opens in a tab: save it with File → Save As.

LastPass can't send straight to another app, so this is a file move. Add your 2FA codes again in ZZPass afterwards.

From Google Chrome

  1. In Chrome, go to Settings → Password Manager → Settings → Export data.
  2. Pick what to move, tap Continue, then choose ZZPass.

With a file · computer

  1. Open ⋮ → Passwords and autofill → Google Password Manager → Settings.
  2. Click Export passwords, then Download file.

From Dashlane

  1. In the Dashlane app (not the browser extension), export to another app and choose ZZPass.
  2. Logins, passkeys and 2FA codes come across.

With a file

  1. In the Dashlane web app, open Settings → Export data to CSV.
  2. You get a .zip. Unzip it and import credentials.csv.

From Proton Pass

  1. Open Settings → Export and choose CSV.
  2. Proton Pass's phone apps can't export, so use the web app or extension.

  2. Enter your master password and save the CSV.

From Keeper

With a file, plus one fix

  1. In the Keeper web vault, open Settings → Export and choose CSV.
  2. Open the file in Numbers or Excel. Make the first row folder, title, username, password, url, notes so ZZPass knows each column, then save it as CSV.

Keeper names its columns differently from other apps, so ZZPass needs that first row to read the file.

From Firefox

With a file · computer

  1. Go to about:logins, click ⋯ and choose Export Passwords.
  2. Confirm with your computer password and save the CSV.

  1. Open Settings and more → Passwords, click ⋯ and choose Export passwords.
  2. Edge on phones can't export, so use a computer.

  1. Open the browser's password settings (in Brave, Settings → Autofill and passwords → Password Manager).
  2. Choose Export passwords and save the CSV.

Most browsers export the same CSV as Chrome, and ZZPass reads it.

From A spreadsheet

With a file

  1. Give the first row the column names url, username and password, plus title, notes or totp if you have them.
  2. Save it as CSV (comma-separated, UTF‑8).

    Open Import

    On iPhone, tap Security → ⋯ → Import, or Import passwords in an empty vault. On a Mac, choose File → Import. Then Select File.

    Every item waits here. Untick what you don't want, or tap one to fix it. Anything already in your vault is held back.

    Your logins and 2FA codes are in your vault, synced through your iCloud. Delete the export file.

What ZZPass reads in a CSV.

ZZPass finds each column by the name in the first row, in any order. Capitals don't matter.

  • Comma-separated, saved as UTF‑8.
  • Website, username and password columns must be there, even if some cells are empty.
  • Several websites in one cell, separated by spaces, become one login with extra websites.
  • Folders, tags and custom fields stay behind.

If something doesn't look right.

It says "No passwords found or file format not supported."
ZZPass reads CSV files with a header row that names at least a url, a username and a password column, separated by commas and saved as UTF‑8. A .zip has to be unzipped first, and Keeper files need the header row from the Keeper steps above.
Some items are marked as duplicates.
They're already in your vault, or appear twice in the file, so ZZPass holds them back. Tap one to change it if you want both, or leave it out.
My 2FA codes didn't come across.
Only some apps put 2FA codes in their export. Moving straight from another app brings them where the app supports it; otherwise add them again in ZZPass by scanning the QR code.
My passkeys didn't come across.
Other apps' export files don't carry passkeys. Move straight from the other app on iOS 26 or macOS 26 to bring them. A 1PUX file exported from ZZPass itself does include them.
What should I do with the export file?
Delete it once the import is done, and empty Recently Deleted. Export files aren't encrypted, so don't email them or leave them in cloud storage.
Can I import from more than one app?
Yes. Import as many files as you like. Anything already in your vault is flagged, so nothing ends up twice.

Moving in is easy. So is moving out.
