Questions about sharing.

Is sharing free or premium?
Both. Every ZZPass user can start one shared group for free, with up to 5 people and 10 items, as long as they aren't already in one. Joining groups you're invited to is never limited. Premium removes those limits, with up to 25 people in each group, and with Family Sharing one subscription covers up to six people in your family.
How many people can I add to a group?
Up to 25 people per group with Premium, and 5 on the free plan. That's room for a couple, a family, a small team, or a whole travel group.
What happens if I remove someone from a group?
They lose access to the group. Its encryption key changes automatically and every item is re-encrypted, so they can't read anything added or changed after that. Anything they already saw, or copied into their own vault, stays with them, so change any password that matters.
Can members invite other people?
No. Only the group owner can invite and remove members. This keeps the trust circle explicit, every member is somebody you (or the owner) personally said yes to.
What happens if I leave a group?
Your private copies of shared items stay in your vault. You only lose access to items you didn't originally own, items the rest of the group still keeps.
Can I share passkeys and 2FA codes?
Yes. Passwords, passkeys, 2FA codes, secure notes, attachments and TimeCapsules can all be shared in a group: every kind of item ZZPass stores.

Share it once. Stop sending it around.
